Refund Policy

Because many of our products are perishable, all sales are final unless the item arrives:

  • Damaged, Incorrect, Spoiled or unsafe

  • We do not accept returns on food items.

 

1. Report an IssueTo request a refund or replacement:

Email:  info@everythingmeatandfish.com within 24 hours of delivery

 

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

 

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be issued if:

The item arrives damagedThe wrong product was shipped. The product arrived spoiled due to a shipping issue.

 

We do not refund due to:

  • Customer changing their mind

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

 

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
